Product's Introduction:
SDC series program controlled cryogenic processing equipment is manufactured mainly for requirements of the different cooling rate required by the cryogenic\low temperature processing and tempering and again/stress releasing of materials or samples frozen. The processes of program-controlled heating\constant temperature and cooling are uniform and stable by using the latest heating\control and liquid nitrogen dispersion technology. Use liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant to meet the requirements of cooling and environment. Products are widely used in mechanical engineering genetic engineering, medicine, food processing, medical research, plant conservation, aerospace, animal husbandry and other fields. They have multiplex specifications according to customers requirement.
Main Feature:
The whole box is made by double stainless steels, its mechanical parts are reinforced specially.
Special insulation layer, effectively cut off the exchange between cold and heat inside and outside the box
Between the cover and box installed additionally seal and special door button, make sure completely sealed and reliable locking.
Built-in circulation fan, can be dispersed into the liquid nitrogen to ensure uniformity temperature of the freezer.
Box side has a deflated hole to effectively remove excess gas.
Human-based Chinese computer interface, easy to operate for user.
