High Accuracy Poly Crystal Drawing Dies is a kind of man-made diamond product developed in domestic recently several years, imitating imported Poly crystal product. On the basement of man-made poly crystal, the hardness and density of such mold are enhanced, and its crystal degree is more average, molecule allies structure is more reasonable which reduce the dropping granule and coarse degree. Such product is produced in high temperature press, so it can bear the temperature up to 1200° C, which is the better product to instead imported Poly Crystal. It not only has the same abrasion degree and hardness, and also has a good anti-round degree, whose crystal granule provide a high brightness degree for finished wire.
